What do you All Year Cooling do?

Our business sells and services air conditioning units throughout South Florida. We specialize in both home and commercial air conditioning service. We sell and service units by Goodman, Trane, Ruud, and York. We can also service air conditioning units made by many other manufacturers.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1973 and are now celebrating our 45th year. We are a family business that has grown by leaps and bounds since we first opened our doors.

Are there any unique challenges in your industry?

With air conditioning, the environmental impact of our industry has always been a concern. I have always been interested in minimizing the energy consumption of our units. When air conditioning units use less electricity, they run more efficiently while providing the same cooling power.

Do you have any particular challenges that you address?

My mission is to be responsive to all of my customers. With that aim in mind, I published my cell phone number on the company website so that my customers can contact me with concerns at any time. We pride ourselves on being open seven days a week so that we can respond to an air conditioning emergency.

Is your industry growing, shrinking or remaining the same?

Our industry is staying the same. Most homes and businesses that need air conditioning already have it, so we don’t have a great deal of organic growth. Our company is highly competitive with other firms in our area, so our business is in fact growing.

How does technology impact your company?

Our web site is a huge part of our business. We make it easy to find our company online. We are also involved in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram. Our web site is fully up to date with the latest features like live chat. Many of our customers love to use the live chat, so they don’t need to make a telephone call.

Have you ever been to Miami?

I love Miami. I try to get there every few months. We’re lucky to live a short drive away.

What part of Miami?

I’ve been all over Miami. Most recently, I spent time in Coconut Grove.

Did you visit any particular locations including restaurants?

Recently, I had an awesome meal with friends at Ariete. The restaurant mixes world cuisines with Cuban food. I haven’t had such a great meal in a long time. The atmosphere is sophisticated without being stuffy. It was a great time, and I hope to go back.

Would you come back?

Absolutely. I’ll be back in a few weeks. My wife and I like to take short weekend trips.

Was it a business or pleasure trip?

Last time I was there, it was a business trip, but I hope that the next time I visit will be for pleasure. I feel like it’s important to relax and unwind, and getting out of town is a great way to do so. I feel lucky that we live so close to Miami.

Where do you see yourself or business in 5 years?

In five years, I would like to see my company expand its reach. I would like to hire more employees and be able to serve even more residents of South Florida with the best possible air conditioning services. I hope that my current employees will still be with me and that we can continue to support our community.
